You want to train in Germany? Training is undertaken for many professions within the framework of a dual system in Germany. This means that you learn through practical work in a company and learn the theory at a vocational school. The training lasts between two and three and a half years.

You will find many tips on how to choose or apply for the right training in the "Training in Germany" guide. There is also information about funding programmes or how to improve your command of the German language whilst you are still in your home country:

Training at State Capital Stuttgart

You are looking for a training programme that is varied and suits your personal interests? At the same time, you want to have excellent prospects and continue to progress through qualified further training opportunities? Then you are at the right place at State Capital Stuttgart. It is one of the largest employers in the region and offers training in over 40 professions - in workshops, offices, nursery schools and even in a vineyard.

You can apply for a training opportunity here with any school-leaving certificate. We also offer a number of dual degrees leading to a Bachelor of Arts qualification.

Training Campus

At the training campus, the team works together with young refugees and other young people in need of support, businesses, civic activists, authorities, institutions and organizations in one place. This results in short distances, close contacts and an exchange between all parties involved.

The aim of the training campus is to help training companies and applicants to get together as precisely as possible.
