The Board of Directors of the Kommunalanstalt consists of the Chairman and 14 other members. A deputy must be appointed for each member. In contrast to the practice in the GR committees, the deputies are each assigned to a specific member on the Administrative Board of the Kommunalanstalt and can only represent this member.

Three members (and deputies) who are not members of the municipal council will also be appointed to the Administrative Board. The deputies are listed below for information purposes.
