The Finance and Special Programs department within the Urban Renewal and Housing Development department deals with the financing of all projects - from the procurement of funds to their management and accounting. In addition, the department deals with questions of funding for the urban development funding programs of the federal government, the state and the EU. In the area of special programs, e.g. the Socially Integrative City program or INTERREG, the overall measures are implemented independently.
