Changed opening hours
Due to staff shortages at the vehicle registration and driving license office, it is currently not possible to fill all of the application acceptance desks. Unfortunately, this means that public service is restricted. Please therefore expect longer waiting times under certain circumstances. If the number of visitors is high, the vehicle registration and driving license office may close early. We ask for your understanding.
The special registrations area (counter 17) of the vehicle registration office will be closed on Tuesday, September 30, 2025 due to an internal event.

Note for customers at counter 17: If you are visiting without an appointment, you do not have to queue at the registration office. Please speak to the security service on site and inform them of your request. If you have an appointment (please bring confirmation of appointment with you), you can always go past the queue anyway.
